Tomato Soup

Ingredients
Tomato : 2 medium size
Block pepper : 3 tsp
Salt : 1 tsp
Cumin powder : 1 tsp
Corn flour : 1 tsp
Water : 2 1/2 cups

To Make Tomato Soup
  • Boil the tomato and remove the skin 
  • Grind it in the mixi and make it as tomato puree
  • Take 5 tsp of water and mix corn flour to it, with out lumps an keep it aside 
  • Boil the 2 1/2 cups of water in flat pan 
  • Add tomato puree in to the water 
  • Add salt, Cumin powder, Block pepper 
  • Add corn flour mix little by little 
  • Mix it well
  • Switch it off after 5 to 10 minutes
  • Serve it hot
  • If spicy required more can add little block pepper extra before serving

Mutton Liver Soup

         Ingredients
Mutton Liver, kidney, fat (optional) : 100gms
Onion : equal quantity as Mutton  (small squares)
Water : 2 glass 
Cumin seeds : 1 tspn
Black pepper (Crushed) : 2 tsp + 1 tsp (to add at the end)
Turmeric powder : 3 pinch
Salt : 1/4 tspn

To make Mutton soup
  • Add All together in pressure cooker.
  • Switch off the Pressure cooker after 5 whistles. 
  • Sprinkle additional the crushed black pepper and serve.

Onion Tomato soup


     Ingredients
Onion : 1/2 small size
Tomato : 1/2 small size
Moong dal : 5 to 6 tsp 
green chilli : 1
water : 2 glass
Turmeric powder : 3 pinch
Coriander leaves : little
salt : 1/4 tsp


To make Onion tomato soup
  • Add all together in pressure cooker
  • Switch off the pressure cooker after 5 whistles
  • Open the cooker after the steam is released 
  • Heat 1 tsp of oil in kadai, add Cumin seeds (jeera) fry it and add in that soup
  • Finally add coriander leaves and serve hot
  • Add crushed black pepper if need to serve it spicy
