Ingredients
Onion : 1/2 small size
Tomato : 1/2 small size
Moong dal : 5 to 6 tsp
green chilli : 1
water : 2 glass
Turmeric powder : 3 pinch
Coriander leaves : little
salt : 1/4 tsp
To make Onion tomato soup
- Add all together in pressure cooker
- Switch off the pressure cooker after 5 whistles
- Open the cooker after the steam is released
- Heat 1 tsp of oil in kadai, add Cumin seeds (jeera) fry it and add in that soup
- Finally add coriander leaves and serve hot
- Add crushed black pepper if need to serve it spicy
