Aval Payasam

   Ingredients
Aval (Flattened rice flakes or Poha) : 1 cup
Ghee : 1 tsp
Milk : 2  to 2 1/2 cup
Milk maid : 1/4 cup
Sugar : 7 to 10 tsp
Cashew : 6
Cardamom : 2
Vanila essence : 1 tsp

To make Aval Payasam
  • Heat the pan and fry the Aval in 1 tsp ghee for 4 to 5 minutes
  • Add 2 cups of milk  and heat it until it until little bubble appears
  • Add mik maid and sugar, mix it well
  • Add cardamom, vanila essence
  • Add cashew for better taste
  • And serve it hot or cold
